Mornings are my favorite part of the day.

I don't usually have much time now days, as being mom of two kids is taking most of my day. Still I try my best in making our meals a bit special. My breakfasts are not fancy every day but, now and then I can create something a bit extra ordinary. Colors are a must, for anything to be appetizing. Spring or summer look on the plate is the perfect way to wake up all the senses in the morning.

This time I made delicious and healthy pancakes with apples and pears. I find it great to put fruits into my pancakes.When I do so I don't need to use as much flour and sugar. Resins can help with the taste and level of sweetness too. Happy, healthy, full of fibers and energy breakfast will be gone in no time. Citrus juice before the meal helps your appetite level and promotes the creation of enzymes in your mouth. Drink it slowly and enjoy it. Black coffee not only to boost the energy level, but an aromatic strong tasted end of the meal.
